Rolling Derby Media Release & Participation Agreement

By submitting your information, image, or content to participate in the Rolling Derby online or in person, you grant Rolling Derby and its partners, affiliates, licensees, and assigns the irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, and perpetual right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, publicly perform, and display your name, likeness, image, voice, statements, biographical information, submitted materials, and any other content you provide, in whole or in part, in connection with Rolling Derby and its promotional, commercial, or editorial activities.

This permission includes use in any media format, including but not limited to social media, websites, advertising, video productions, email communications, printed materials, and merchandise. You acknowledge that you will not receive any compensation or notification for such use, and you release bud.com and its representatives from any claims or liability arising from their use of your submitted content in accordance with this release.

You affirm that you are at least 21 years old. You further confirm that any content you submit is your own or that you have full rights to share and grant these permissions.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not submit your information or participate in the Rolling Derby.
